- Items clearly visible and unobstructed

Frequently Asked Questions
How many photos should I take?
Your photo limit depends on your plan: Starter includes up to 20 photos, Standard up to 50, and Premium up to 100. A typical 3-bedroom home is well covered by Standard. If you’re documenting a larger home or want the most thorough report, Premium is the right call. Stay within your plan’s limit — the upload form will flag it if you exceed it.
Can I use my phone camera?
Yes. Phone cameras are fine. The iPhone and most Android cameras produce more than enough detail. Just keep the lights on and hold the phone horizontally.
What if some of my photos are dark or blurry?
Items that can’t be identified won’t appear in your report. Re-uploads are available at no charge within 24 hours of your original submission. Contact hello@precord.ai.
